We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery Timeframes

• Made-to-order items: 3-4 weeks production time, plus shipping
• UAE: 2-4 business days
• International: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over AED 500 within the UAE.

 All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 3-4 weeks for crafting before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
