Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. For made-to-order or customized pieces, please allow [14-30 business days] for production prior to shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE.
Express and international shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your location.

·        UAE Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (Free)

·        UAE Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (AED [X])

·        International Shipping: 5-10 business days (Rates calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your piece every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Insurance
