15-Day Return Window You may return unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Pack Securely: Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging
4. Ship Back:Send the package using a trackable shipping method

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or piece, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
