Return Policy

15-Day Return Window

You may return unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligible Items

• Unworn jewelry in original condition
• Items with original packaging and tags
• Products accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made pieces
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Sale items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please email us at enquiries@victoire.ae with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Pack Securely: Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging
4. Ship Back: Send the package using a trackable shipping method

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or piece, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures you receive your new piece as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
