Shipping & Delivery

Every Victoire piece is crafted to order.

Rather than holding inventory, we create each design especially for its future owner. This approach allows us to focus on exceptional craftsmanship while ensuring that every piece receives the care and attention it deserves.

Once your order is confirmed, your jewelry enters production. Please allow approximately 21 business days for your piece to be crafted, set, finished, and carefully inspected before shipment.

Upon completion, your order will be securely packaged and shipped from the United Arab Emirates. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

At Victoire, every piece is crafted to order especially for its future owner.

This made-to-order approach allows us to focus on exceptional craftsmanship, responsible production, and the creation of jewelry that is made with intention rather than mass produced.

As each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

We encourage clients to review all product details, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing an order. Should you have any questions prior to purchase, our team will be pleased to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Every Victoire creation undergoes careful quality inspection before shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@victoire.ae and include photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has begun. Once a piece has entered production, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
